Production

Mirey

Mirey is a full-cycle knitwear manufacturer and contract B2B partner for clothing brands.

We work on a made-to-order basis and support each project at every stage — from idea to finished batch.

Model Development

We help brands turn an idea into a commercially successful product.

We work from your technical brief or develop a model from scratch:

 • pattern construction and technical documentation
 • yarn and material selection
 • knitting and sample testing
 • fit and detail adjustment
 • preparation for serial production

Our programmers create models using the advanced 3D design and automated pattern-making system SDS-ONE APEX3 by Shima Seiki, designed for flat knitting production.

Knitting Workshop

Modern equipment allows us to produce knitwear of varying complexity for capsule collections and serial production.

With the involvement of a qualified knitwear production technologist, the model is refined to the required specifications, the sample is approved by the client, and production is launched.

Fabric knitting is carried out on Shima Seiki knitting machines of gauges 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 and 14. Afterwards, the fabrics undergo heat treatment on a rolling press for intermediate pressing or on a steaming table.

A team of experienced knitwear equipment programmers plays a distinct role in the process. They create and optimize machine programs, ensuring the precision of every stitch, consistent fabric density and a flawless garment fit. Thanks to their deep understanding of technology and programming, we are able to execute even complex structural solutions.

Our capabilities:

 • smooth and textured knitting
 • jacquard and branded elements
 • work with various yarn types
 • fabric density and stability control
 • made-to-order batch production

Sewing and Linking Workshop

The combination of linking and sewing technologies allows us to achieve high assembly quality and clean garment finishing in line with brand standards.

Garment assembly is carried out with consideration for the specifics of knitwear and brand requirements. The primary process of joining parts is performed on Conti Complett linking machines, ensuring a neat, elastic and nearly invisible seam.

The finishing stages include attaching labels and composition tags, cleaning, quality control, final pressing and packaging.

Our capabilities:

 • professional linking assembly of knitwear
 • joining parts on sewing equipment
 • finishing of necklines, cuffs and plackets
 • hardware installation
 • final quality control

Computer Embroidery

We also provide computer embroidery services of any complexity — both on knitted fabrics and on cut pieces.

We help brands strengthen their identity through detailing.

 • application of logos and lettering
 • design development and digitizing
 • precise thread matching
 • careful work with knitwear
